Hi, I’m Gerry BA (Hons) in Exercise & Health, MSc in Food Science and Business Technology. I’m deeply knowledgeable in human physiology, nutritional science, biochemistry, and metabolic health, with extensive experience in exercise and performance.

Through my health and wellness brand, Glonua, I aim to share knowledge, support others, and promote better overall health. I'm passionate about helping people achieve a healthy weight, prevent chronic disease, and improve both physical and mental well-being.
