GLONUA REFUND POLICY

Thanks for purchasing our products at glonua.com operated by GloNua.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you should provide us with a valid reason for not being happy with the product you received, within 30 calendar days of your purchase. You should provide us with written or visual (photographic or video) proof that our product did not meet with your satisfaction.

After we receive your communication, our team will consider your grievance and process your refund immediately if they deem it warranted. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way during transport, or does not reach you in a satisfactory manner you will be eligible for an immediate refund.
